Our office is centrally located in the Mt Druitt village with a large window display. It is within walking distance to Mt Druitt train station, Westfield's, TAFE, Hospital, Schools, etc. We are open 6 days a week and Sunday by appointment only. We also do late or early appointments to suit our clients needs. The office has been finalist in the small business awards since 1993 and WINNER of the award in 1994, 1996, 1997 and 1999 + WINNER of the Community Business Award 2003. The office has grown from a husband and wife team to the largest office in Mt Druitt with a successful sales team that is there to assist you with professional guidance to make the sale of your property a rewarding and satisfying event. With consistent growth over the past 22 years, the company now has 11 employees that continually strive to give customer service, professional yet personal service in assisting local residents to sell and buy homes or manage investment properties. Our Property Management Chapter is growing from strength to strength. We currently have 4 full time staff working closely together with our landlords and tenants and with growth of the area and rent return of 4% to 6% it attracts many investors. Continuous training and fully computerised systems ensure that management staff stay in touch with the ever changing Real Estate legislation and keep the landlords up to date with what is happening with their investment. Tenants are also kept informed of changes. We have a tenant of the month award for the tenant who maintains the property well and pay their rent on time. The tenant is rewarded with champagne and a certificate which they are able to use as a reference.

Our Sales Department is also up to date with the latest technology in computer programmes and Internet facilities help in improving and developing the real estate sales in the Mt Druitt area and surrounding suburbs. Now with the Internet Access, buyers and prospective tenants can discover properties any time of day or night and we are pleased to be able to offer this exciting technology. Our sales people have sound knowledge, as we like to employ people who have lived in Mt Druitt or surrounding areas. In the past 20 years, with the opening of new areas such as Plumpton, Oakhurst, Hassall Grove and Glendenning the area has gone through a productive change attracting buyers from multi cultural backgrounds.
